So, I had a Cinco de Mayo party. I went a little overboard on the cooking. I made enough food for an army when in reality we were only feeding about 6 people. It was still super fun and worth all of the after-school grocery shopping and speedy cooking!

The food looks amazing! I wish I could have been there. We had a "Cinco de Mayo" celebration in the TMC caf. -- complete with horchata -- but yours definitely looks superior.
